Mission Statement
Black Dragons Elite Lacrosse was created to offer the experienced lacrosse player an opportunity to play at an elite level, while optimizing player development. We offer a dedicated and fully accredited coaching staff, a generous ratio of coaches to players, a personal player analysis, and the latest and most effective training techniques.
The organization strives to provide our players with the ability to compete at the highest levels possible, while preparing them to transition into a summer travel team of their choice should they choose to play. We are committed to our players achieving excellence both on and off the field, and players are encouraged to achieve their personal best through practice, fair play, and positive coaching.
The teams will consist of 18-20 dedicated athletes who are willing to work hard for a common goal, the TEAM. Black Dragons Elite players are expected to ALWAYS Honor the game of Lacrosse while being exposed to competitive teams through out the Tri-State area. Our commitment is to help our players improve their personal performance, while fostering an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie.
Through a selection process, we will choose the players that best fit the Black Dragons Elite team model. An invitation to play will be extended to those players who have been selected once the try out process has been completed. All selections are final, and at the sole discretion of Black Dragons Elite Lacrosse.

| | | | The Black Dragons Elite Lacrosse Philosophy | | | by Sheree posted 07/29/2010 To achieve our goals as a youth lacrosse organization, we have worked tirelessly on developing a player/coach model that will allow young athletes the opportunity to improve their game in a fair and safe environment. We believe that coaches have the most significant impact on individual players, and provide the thread of unity within the team. Black Dragons Elite Lacrosse has taken great care in selecting the coaches and staff. All coaches participate in the US Lacrosse coaching education program, have received the highest level of coaching certification, and continually maintain their coaching skills through a series of seminars and forums. In addition, all coaches and staff have submitted to a full background screening.

Black Dragons Elite encourages players that participate in their club, as well as our travel team. We have taken great care in scheduling tournaments that would not conflict with local teams. We ask that our tournament schedule be the priority if your player decides to participate in both club and our travel team. Should you have any questions regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to a wonderful, and successful season.
